You surely know that there are hundreds of fantastic tourist attractions in Germany. Germany is a land of history, culture, art, music and fascinating sights. In my previous guides I have already presented you several aspects relating to the country’s best destinations and visitor attractions. As a summery, below I will present you the top 10 most visited German sights. These are the following: the Neuschwanstein Castle, the Brandenburg Gate, the Museum Island, the Berlin Wall, the Europa Park, Cologne Cathedral, the Heidelberg Castle, the Lorelei Rock, Lake Constance and the Black Forest. I recommend you to visit as many as you can. You won’t regret it.

Neuschwanstein Castle

The beautiful Neuschwanstein Castle is known all over the world as a symbol of romantic architecture. It is also famous for the tragic story of its owner, Ludwig II. The castle is surrounded by myths and legends. It is the top most visited sight of the country, a must-see.

Brandenburg Gate

As one of the best-known landmarks of Berlin, the fantastic Brandenburg Gate is world famous. It is considered to be among the most famous symbols of German reunification, being one of the most photographed monuments in the country.
